Patriotism: Is there any process for social reform?
Human civilization means set or sequence of social reforms. It is happening since humans learn to live as a society. Education, governance, self-governance or democracy, concept of kingdom, empire, everything is because of social need and social reform.
In the modern age, everyone understands the importance of society and they get affected by the society. In the age of globalization, now a small social problem in a small region can affect the entire globe. So, an efficient process for any social reform is necessary. Some issues look small, because they may be in the infancy stage. Some issues may be small in real. If we define a process, then what all should we consider for starting a journey of social reform by design?
Before starting any social reform, there should be an awareness drive for each and every human on this globe about the basic philosophy of life, importance of society, different stakeholders of society, importance of every human in a society, sense of responsibility, meaning of real freedom, distinction between selfishness and selflessness. This is necessary because civilization can continue when people understand the importance of civilization. Otherwise, people will give their complete lifetime for no result. Unless there are potential takers, there is no meaning of any effort by givers. Unless the iron is hot enough, it cannot be molded. So, it is necessary to put necessary effort into developing the wisdom and maturity among the people of this earth before working on any social issues. Maybe the issues will be solved automatically with a successful awareness drive.

1> Recognition or discovery of a social issue
2> Impact of that issue on the society
3> Root cause of the issue
4> Find out fiveWho:
a. Who is causing the issue?
b. Who are affected by the issue?
c. Who is trying to solve the issue?
d. Who all are supposed to solve that issue?
e. Who is solving the issue?
5> Design a solution by the help of experts lead by the government.
6> Never address a problem for a political gain. Country first, humanity first, individual or political gain can be the by-product.
7> Solution should be implementable, measurable, efficient, society-friendly.
8> There should be plan to handle any side effects of the solution.
9> Solutions should be implementable irrespective of stakeholders. If a government changes in a country, the implementations should not be affected and should proceed as per the design unless there is a better solution or issues have shown new symptoms.
10> Always work on the fundamental issues which can solve several superficial level or leaf level issues.
11> Affirm, confirm, perform and then reform is possible.
